Your child will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>move between houses and families with the minimal amount of disruption<\/li>\n<li>talk freely about their other parent in front of you without feeling judged<\/li>\n<li>know what is happening on important days and times of the year like Christmas<\/li>\n<li>not\u00a0have to choose between parents<\/li>\n<li>know that both of you can go to parents evenings and school shows and other significant events together and easily<\/li>\n<li>grow\u00a0up with a good attitude towards relationships<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>How to resolve issues<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Exploring ways to come to an agreement together will benefit your co-parenting relationship and most importantly, your child. You may find some of these suggestions helpful:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arrange a face to face meeting (without your children) to discuss the issues you are facing<\/li>\n<li>Make a written record of any agreement. Some parents find it helpful to create a Parenting Plan.
